Dawn Shaw-Owners
Greg has 30 years of experience
in the building industry. Greg founded Shaw Builders, Inc. in 1986 and he
and his wife, Dawn, founded Shaw Building & Design, Inc. in 1994. Shaw Builders,
Inc.
& Shaw Building & Design, Inc. are a family business; Greg oversees the office
and all the home and commercial projects; Dawn is in charge of the office
personnel, and their son Matthew is in charge of cost estimating.

Chris Neumann-CAD
Designer
Chris has designed over 200 homes since he started working
for Shaw Building & Design Inc. back in 1997. Post and Beam, Timber Frame,
Prairie, and log homes are a large portion of that number. He has also designed
several conventional homes, including our 2004 Parade Home at the Bergamont
subdivision in Oregon, Wisconsin. Chris enjoys working closely with each
client, making the design process fun, exciting and personal.
Chris met his wife Agnieszka, while she was
visiting the United States from her native Poland to research her thesis. They
have one son, Jan Michael, who was named after his Great Grandfather.
Jace Jontz-Project Superintendent
Once the construction process has begun on your home, Jace
will oversee the project, directing all the trades and carpenters, and is the
homeowner's primary contact regarding on-site construction processes.
Before coming to Shaw Building & Design,
Inc. Jace worked with a developer in Wisconsin Dells and Lake Wisconsin,
directing a $4,500,000 construction project involving 28 high-end condos ranging
from $250,000 to $790,000. Prior to that construction experience, Jace was
owner of Yard Scapes in Newton, IA., where for six years his 20+ employee staff
designed an array of commercial and residential landscape projects.
Jace's customers have commented on the pride
he takes in building client's homes and works hard to make it a fun and
enjoyable experience. Jace states: "I like to see the look of excitement
on a client's face when that dream starts from paper to when I hand them the keys
to their new home. There is nothing more rewarding." He and his wife
Kim, and array of pets reside in Sun Prairie Wisconsin.
Beth Bauer- Project Manager
Beth lives in Stoughton and has over 13
years of planning and budgeting experience. She will work with the client to
keep them on schedule and on budget. Beth will give assistance with their
selections, scheduling of appointments, helping with issue resolution and
monthly draws. She will be there to help the customer in any way needed.
She and her husband have two
daughters and they live in Stoughton. They enjoy spending time together as a family.
Pam Shaffer-Bookkeeper
Pam has worked for Shaw Building & Design, Inc. since
1997 and has lived in Stoughton her entire life. Her background is in
accounting and administrative work. Pam pays all the invoices that go into
the cost of building your new home. She also handles the payroll and
bookkeeping for Shaw Building & Design, Inc. and Shaw Builders, Inc.
She and her husband have two sons and enjoy
spending time together watching and playing sports.
